When Mr. Slug takes a drive, he likes to get in the car and get to where he is going. Never mind the groans from the back seat. Mr Slug says, "Hang on and enjoy the ride."
The passengers can only hope that the car will get pulled over for a tail light being out or some such thing.

Heehee! I just love the tags - they're as funny as your strip! Brilliantly witty, as always! Hope you are well x
In the back of a sluggish sedan
Small ones hold on as long as they can
When they're finally free
To head out for a pee
They thank the observant policeman.
"A question I now have to pose
To a driver without any toes.
Why, when they saw me
Did your passengers flee?"
"A leaf they felt bound to arrose."
I agree with Buskitten, the tags are wonderful... ahh, you slid this post in this week and it went by before I saw it... I'll just have to slide faster... never enough time !
So, I guess one question this begs is jeez, do gastropods such as slugs even have bladders that could become overburdened in a backseats after too much water intake ? Going to have to go back to my refresher course on slug internal anatomy...
PS not sure if you saw the gastropod sculpture photo I posted just a few days ago on Oct 11th ? If you have a moment between your neighbor's lettuce patches, do slide on over and take a quick peek...
;-D
I wouldn't ride with Mr. Slug, no I wouldn't. How can one enjoy the ride if one things the driver is about to kill one?
Words of wisdom you left over on the Jimmy blog yesterday. Either you have a shrewd eye for talent and detail, or you took a wild stab. I've also said my piece.
what the skiding or the broken glass?
Even your tag is just so funny:)
I love Mr. Slug! Don't pee in the car!
hope the backseat received as little moisture as possible, given the circumstances.
I love the drawing!

Hope there weren't any mishaps with the car, like hitting any large patches of slug slime on the road and sliding off into other slippery dimensions...
Be well all you happy slugs !
